Vector from MapInfo 10 to IDRISI Taiga anja2864|2012/06/29 12:11:26
Export the vectors from MapInfo by changing the format to MIF (MapInfo Interchange Format) a vector format that IDRISI can read by using the commando:
:Table > Export
Export the files.
Import the vector files from MIF to IDRISI’s vector format. Select:
:File > Import > Software Specific Formats > MIFIDRIS(MapInfo)
Select the MIF file, chose a new idris name for it (it can be the same name) and choose PLANE as the Reference system.
