File > Export > Software Specific Formats > ESRI Formats > SHAPEIDR

Choose: Idrisi to Shapefile, Export vector layer without a database, the file to export and the location together with the name of the new file.

The new Shape file can now be opened in ArcGIS (for example ArcMap) using “Add Data”.
